“I came to Jenny, for yoga therapy, nine months ago. I had physical and psychological problems, related to surgery and treatment for Breast Cancer, and an historical neck, back, hip and leg injury from a serious car accident.
Jenny has provided me with a programme of yoga which focuses entirely on my needs. Over the weeks, we have worked on improving my core-strength, flexibility and movement; lost through surgery and treatment.
I always look forward to my weekly sessions with Jenny. She is a wonderful, kind, caring and empathetic Teacher. She has helped me to focus on my future reconstruction surgery, which has enabled me to feel more positive about my body image.” Christina Phillips
This is Joe, he spends most of his time in a wheelchair. I have worked with him for the past two and a half years.
We concentrate on chair yoga and rehabilitation exercises. Our sessions also include massage, core-strength work, postural awareness , meditation, visualisation and breath work.
Classes with Joe are, always, great fun. Although I expect him to focus and work hard, we laugh frequently because of his great sense of humour!
