Monday:

11:10-12:00 Aqua Yoga

£4.50

Intensity: All levels

If you enjoy water and want to increase your health and fitness, whilst having fun, then I recommend this class to you!   It is also great for pre/post pregnancy toning, and rehabilitation/recovery from injury or operations.

 

14:00-15:00 Back Maintenance Yoga

£7.00

Intensity: All levels

Regular stretching and strengthening exercises, such as yoga poses, are great for maintaining the health of your back and preventing problems.  Previous painful experiences often make us afraid to move and cause us to hold tightness in the muscles. So, it’s important to begin small, to do your yoga practice with awareness, and to increase your range of movement gradually.

 

19:00-20:30 Hatha Yoga

You will love the combination of flow-yoga, with still/held postures, and the mindful breath work of this beautiful Hatha Yoga class.  Carefully planned to enhance movement; it is aimed to begin to challenge you and allows  you to progress to the next step on your yoga journey.

These popular classes have a series of gentle exercises, which I have specially designed to enhance the wellbeing and physical condition of my students. Focusing on both mental and physical aspects, the aim is to bring balance and postural awareness through integrated breath and gentle Asanas, which you can then take from the class and use in your everyday lives.

Wednesday:

19:30-20:55 Sun Power Yoga

Intensity: Advanced (Not suitable for beginners)

You will love this class if (through yoga) you have already achieved a flexible body.   Taught in a warm yoga studio to allow muscles to soften and lengthen, the aim of this class is to combine the Ashtanga Primary Series with still Asanas, held for a length of time to increase your focus, breath awareness, physical strength and flexibility.

Thursday:

10:00-11:30 Yoga4Health Mindful

This class hopes to bring you a sense of peace and wellbeing through Qi Gong; taught meditations and mindfulness practices. I focus on teaching you how to relax your body and allow for stillness in your mind, through guided meditation and Yoga Nidra, which you can then use to influence your everyday life.

Friday:

The Bikram Yoga class takes place in an infra-red room, so that as you work with me, through a series of held postures, your body will be cleansed and nurtured by the heat (31-34*). The focus is on breath work, stillness in posture, and enhanced natural flexibility.

Saturday:

10:00-11:30 Hot Yin Yoga

The Yin Yoga class takes place in an infra-red room, so that as you work with me, through a series of deep stretching postures, your body will be cleansed and nurtured by the heat (31-34*). The focus is on breath work, stillness in posture, and enhanced natural flexibility.
